It’s wild to think about, but Tacoma is one of the hottest housing markets in the country. An economist just went on KIRO and called us the darling of the Puget Sound. Being a darling sounds nice, but if you’re one of the zillions of buyers competing for the homes for sale in Tacoma and the surrounding neighborhoods it’s NOT nice. Not nice at all.

The Tacoma real estate market is HOT. Between millennials coming into their own as homeowners, people relocating to Tacoma from Seattle, and people coming from across the country for jobs at JBLM, in tech, and in health care- Tacoma’s buyers can expect a lot of competition when they make offers on homes.
