My clients moved away from Tacoma a few years ago to work in Korea. When they decided to move home, they realized that they would not be able to house hunt first. Thanks to Skype, iPhones, and electronic signatures they were able to watch videos I would film of houses they were interested in and choose the one that worked best for them. After a thorough home inspection, they made their choice. Here’s a little video we made of their journey home to see their Tacoma Condo for the first time:
