Realtor Margo Hass Klein had a some Tacoma real estate agents over to preview the work being done at the Copperline Condominiums this afternoon. I’ve got to say, going to an event that celebrated groundbreaking on a new condo building for sale in Tacoma was pretty exciting. I mean, I haven’t had a Hardhat Tour since 2008!

These places are swank. Homes at Copperline Condominiums range from $564,000 for a 1,360 2 bedroom 2 bath + den to a 3,211 square foot 4 bedroom + den & library (what’s the word? It’s not a penthouse!? I’m calling it a view palace) for $1,248,000.. There are 41 units total and…16 have already sold. There really isn’t anything else like this in Tacoma- so if you’re looking large new luxurious condos with views and that kind of square footage- this is definitely going to be your first stop.

The complex has secure garage parking for residents as well as all the usual fancy condo awesome things- business center, gym, club room. On top of the usual amenities though, you have and entire planned neighborhood popping up all around you- a cineplex, a Forza, and even a plastic surgeon.

This is definitely NOT the hip, gritty, lofty condos of Downtown Tacoma. This is something new and fancy. Definitely worth a look!
