The Tacoma real estate market is HOT. Between millennials coming into their own as homeowners, people relocating to Tacoma from Seattle, and people coming from across the country for jobs at JBLM, in tech, and in health care- Tacoma’s sellers can expect a lot of interest when they come on the market. Believe it or not, strong demand creates additional challenges when you want to really maximize the amount of money you get from your home.
