This condo is in the 428 St Helens Building. Never heard of it? You’re not alone. It’s a slender building on St Helens just up the hill from Maxwell’s Speakeasy that was built in 2003. One four units, this building is more intimate than some of the large complexes in town and the dues are only $250/month. I LOVE this place!
