So I was working from the office on a quiet Saturday when I saw this awesome house come on the market listed by Isaac Miller. I immediately texted and asked if it was ok if I blogged about it- because OH.MY.GOSH. I want to be the one to sell this house! Of course he said yes because Isaac is a modern forward thinking agent and he wants me to sell his house!
Next thing I know my friends Kim, Chavi, and Tracie from Team Diva Real Estate in Seattle text me to tell me the’re driving through Tacoma on their way to the country. “Dudes.” I said while we were brunching at Smoke & Cedar. “You gotta see this house.” And so I tookem there.

So the craziest thing about this sweet little house is that it is such an awesome unique well remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath place with a big ol yard and tons of parking… but it’s also located in this great “secret” neighborhood that people who went to Bellarmine know about. It’s on the hill where Adams street goes up from 19th Street right around the corner from Bellarmine. So it’s a super sweet out of the way location that is FIVE MINUTES (including stoplights) from the freeway. It’s a dream.
