We’ve all seen the videos and blog posts in our news feed. I always really enjoy them, and the idea of the freedom that comes with them from the tiny little house payment…

Well now there’s this awesome little tiny house for sale in Tacoma just a few blocks off 6th Ave!. It’s only $68,000, but it’s actually financeable! In fact, I’ve visited it, and I think you could even do FHA Financing with it, which for most people requires a minimum credit score of 600 and a downpayment of 3.5% (about $2,000 for this tiny house). Here’s a mortgage calculator to help you calculate your teeny tiny payment. Of course you’d need to talk to a lender to know exactly what it would be for you, but when I ran the scenario that was a TINY PAYMENT. Like under $600/month tiny! That’s SWEET SWEET FREEDOM people! Freedom to:
- Eat Out More (Maybe at The Red Hot, Asado, or Marrow- which are easy walking distance from here)
- Drink really fancy coffee (Valhalla is also really close to here)
- Travel all the time (because you’ll just have SO MUCH MONEY)
