Ever wonder how real estate agents have access to so many different houses? Well it varies from state to state, but here in Tacoma we have these fancy electronic keysafes and some pretty strict rules (and pretty stiff fines!) governing their use. In the following video my real estate friend Anne Jones and I have a little chat about how the keyboxes work, what “Agent Only Remarks” are and I go on a little rant about something agents do that fills me with pure unadulterated rage:

Also, real estate agents, if you open a house for an inspector and leave them alone in the house and I find out I will tattle on you like a kindergartner. That is some BULLHONKEY. Do your job.
