Anne and I were in San Francisco with the best and the brightest in the real estate business at Inman Connect finding out about all the latest trends and innovations happening in the wild and crazy world of real estate. We learned a ton, but came home to find things were still sizzling- buyers buyers everywhere… and yet… what is this? More houses on the market?
Obviously each neighborhood inventory situation is different (and remember- unless you are watching this video in the summer of 2013 you are not getting the very latest info) but there seem to be a few more houses out there than there were a few months ago. As Anne says in the video, prices are inching up, but there’s no need to freak out!
