If you’re a Realtor, you might have a very different perspective on dual agency, double ending, and what have you. I respect that. Anne and I aren’t into it, but to each his own. If you’re going to do the dual agency deed, (or maybe just want something a little more cerebral) here is a video of Washington Realtors Legal Hotline Attorney Annie Fitzsimmons talking about recent changes to Washington State Law regarding dual agency. If you’re going to do it, do it safely. 😉
