What’s that you say? Your real estate agent told you that there wasn’t enough equity to sell a couple of years ago? Well let me tell you, times are changing. The Pierce County Real Estate Market is officially a sellers market with only 2.26 months of inventory on the market (a balanced market is 6 months). I’ve been using crazy real estate tools like “escalation clauses” and “Backup offer addendums.”
The majority of my work these days is with buyers, and we have still been getting some great deals, (especially on Homepath homes and condos in Tacoma) but we are all noticing that the choices are getting slimmer and slimmer.
