They offer a special deal where if you qualify (and so far, all of my clients have) you can buy a condo (or a house- they have lots of houses) for only 3% down. I KNOW!! ALSO, there is no monthly mortgage insurance, so your payment ends up being a couple of hundred dollars less than if you had gone FHA. It’s crazy!
