Since the beginning of this year, 24 condos have sold in downtown Tacoma. There are currently 75 listed on the MLS and 18 listed as pending. This has meant that prices have continued to get more and more reasonable for buyers of Downtown Tacoma Real Estate. I made a little chart of which buildings have had sales in Downtown Tacoma in 2011. Voila!
The Esplanade, Panscape, Schuster Parkway Condos, The Overlook, 440 St Helens, and Broadway Condos also had 1 sale per building in 2011, but putting them on there with only one sale messed up my graph.
It’s obvious by looking that 505 Broadway is the building most serious about getting their units sold. They have priced them appropriately and people have been snatching them up. A 3 Bedroom Condo in a Full Service building for $314,000!? Yes please! One thing is for sure, if you are looking to buy a condo in downtown Tacoma right now you are going to get a great deal.
